Yes!
You can add your requests in the special instructions section at check out.
Just be aware we do not guarantee requests—things like orchids, tropical blooms, and novelty flowers tend to be more expensive (and fragile), so please keep that in mind when choosing your bouquet or arrangement size/price point.
With that said, we run a large operation here at Twinbrook—our cooler is well stocked on a weekly basis, meaning many requests are unproblematic!
Yes!
You can add this request in the special instructions section at check out. Please keep in mind requests are not guaranteed. If we can't source your requested ribbon color, we'll use a color that matches the flowers and any other color info (bridesmaids dresses, linens, etc) provided!
As soon as you've selected a date and venue for your wedding, it's time to start thinking about your flowers!
Ideally, we recommend planning and ordering your flowers 5+ months out, but we understand everyone's timelines are different! Our à la carte collection was designed for anyone and everyone—whether your wedding day is a year away, or right around the corner. The only conditions you'll find here at Twinbrook Weddings à la Carte are:
Custom Color Palettes
We require at least 2 weeks for this option in the case we'd need to source blooms we may not have in stock the week of your wedding.
Same-Day Weddings
At this time we do not offer same-day wedding flowers. If you're getting married TODAY and haven't ordered flowers yet, you may have to tie the knot without blooms.

Let the Magic Begin

Building your bouquet(s) should feel like one of the best parts of wedding planning,
not a chore on your checklist! Below, we’ll walk you through each step of the process—from choosing the perfect size and shape to picking your dream palette—so you can feel confident, excited, and inspired every step of the way.

Step 1.
Choose Your Bouquet Size

With so many options out there, we know it's easy to feel overwhelmed - and that's where we come in! From dainty and understated to bold and showstopping—we have four sizing options to suit every look and budget.

The perfect bridal bouquet can take your look from beautiful to breathtaking, and we're here to help you find the style that fits your day just right. One that complements your dress, your vibe, and your big entrance. Below you'll find a list of factors to take into consideration when choosing your bouquet size.

Our visual sizing guide breaks down our signature sizing—from petite and darling to bold and iconic—so you can confidently choose the bouquet that fits your bridal vision best.

Step 2.
Choose Your Bouquet Shape

The shape of your bouquet does more than tell the story of your personal vibe and style—it frames your wedding day photos, and balances your overall bridal silhouette.

We recommend choosing a shape that best complements your dress, personality, and the vibe you're envisioning—whether you're a whimsical boho babe with a wild and free personality, or a more traditional gal exuding polished contemporary elegance—we'll style your bouquets to match your vision and aesthetic.

Each style offers a unique expression - from clean and formal to lush and romantic, or wild and free. Think about your dress shape, your height and proportions, and the tone of your big day when making your choice.

Use our comprehensive shape guide to help you envision the bouquet style best suited for you—

Step 3.
Choose Your Color Palette

Your wedding day color story is arguably the most important (and most fun!) part of the process! Select one of our signature palette options curated by our expert design team, or opt for a *custom palette that ties in your dress, venue setting, and overall aesthetic.

*Because customization requires a bit more labor (and love) behind the scenes—from sourcing blooms in specific tones on an expedited timeline, to extra thoughtful design planning—our custom palette pricing is inflated to reflect the additional magic required to create your bouquets.

Step 4.
Sit Back & Trust the Process

Don't stress—you're in EXCELLENT hands! Our expert design team takes pride in curating showstopping floral moments to enhance your big day, while paying special attention to quality, color, and overall flow.

We'll reach out with any questions or concerns, but if you don't hear from us it's safe to assume your bridal vision is in the works and will be ready to deliver or pickup on your selected date.

For any additional bouquets (think: bridesmaids, mother's, grandmother's, etc.) needed for your big day, simply repeat this process and build a new bouquet order.

For bridesmaids (if you'll have more than 1), simply up the quantity before adding to your cart.

Can I have my wedding flowers delivered?

Of course!
However, while we offer free local delivery on an everyday basis, we do charge a fee for wedding deliveries. These special deliveries are conducted by our wedding team, ensuring your flowers are handled with the utmost care and attention.

Can you deliver in a specific time window?

Yes, as long as the window is 3+ hours minimum (3pm-6pm for example). Please be sure you or the alternate contact person listed on your wedding order are present at the delivery location for the entirety of the delivery window requested.
If you'd like your items delivered within a window, we kindly ask you place your order at least 7 days prior to your event to allow for proper coordination between our design and delivery teams.

Does "delivery" mean someone will set up my flowers at the venue?

No, our driver will deliver your floral items to the address listed on the order. Please be sure to include any specific delivery location information/requirements during the checkout process.
The majority of items on our à la carte menu require minimal set up. If you'll have an extra pair of hands available on the day of your event, you'll be in good shape! The most elaborate installation item listed in the collection is structure décor—each of these pieces include preloaded zip-ties to lock onto virtually any structure.

Can I request specific bloom varieties?

Flower availability varies by season, but we can cater to any style or color preference. If, for example, you simply cannot picture yourself getting married without sunflowers - or dahlias - or peonies, we encourage you to leave your bloom requests in the special instructions section at checkout! Please keep in mind, requests are not guaranteed—we'll do our very best to accommodate any special instruction or bloom inquiries.
If you do have specific special bloom requirements, we understand!
For a more custom tailored experience, we recommend setting up a consultation with one of our design experts. Our à la Carte collection is geared towards style and color harmony, rather than specific floral varieties.

Absolutely!
Just be aware we do not guarantee requests—things like orchids, tropical blooms, and novelty flowers tend to be more fragile (and expensive), so please keep that in mind when choosing your bouquet or arrangement size/pricepoint.
With that said, we run a large operation here at Twinbrook—our cooler is well stocked on a weekly basis, meaning many requests are unproblematic!

Can I choose the ribbon colors on my bouquets?

Yes! Again, please keep in mind requests are not guaranteed. If we can't source your requested ribbon color, we'll use a color that matches the flowers and any other color info (bridesmaids dresses, linens, etc) provided!

My wedding is on Sunday, but I want my flowers on Friday—will they hold up okay?

We strongly advise getting your flowers, whether you're picking up or having them delivered, on the day of your event. Floral pieces without a water source (wearable accents like corsages especially) will only last if they are kept in a cool environment, like a fridge or cooled garage.
Your arrangements will likely hold up fine for 24-48 hours, though we like to err on the side of caution when it comes to a special event—like your wedding! Your flowers are safest in our cooler until it's time to tie the knot.
In the case same-day is not an option (if you're travelling out of our local area with them, for example), we recommend pickup or delivery as close as possible to your event day/time.

After my event, do you come back to clean up/remove the arrangements?

In the events industry, post-event cleanup is called a "strike."
We offer a strike as an add-on service, where our team will return to the venue to take away any remaining flower arrangements, or remove flowers from an installed floral arch, wedding aisle, etc. We charge a flat fee of $300, and scheduling is based on first-come-first-served availability.
Please send us an email at weddings@twinbrookfloraldesign.com requesting this service as soon as your order is placed.

Can I order structure florals to be added to my own arch or an arch set in place at the venue?

Yes, but our team will require some additional information.
If possible, please send a photo and measurements to weddings@twinbrookfloraldesign.com to ensure your florals are properly designed to compliment the shape and dimensions of the arch you'll be using.
Please be advised—our team will not install any floral pieces upon delivery at the event. On-site installations fall under the umbrella of our full-service wedding packages.

Is this DIY? Do you offer DIY flowers or packages?

No, our Weddings à la Carte collection is not DIY—but we do offer DIY flowers through our sister company, Metro Flower Market! If you're planning to DIY your wedding but want a professional touch on the bouquets or personals, you're in the right place!
Our DIY packages are available at metroflowermarket.com and allow for a similar timeline of planning.
